Order Questions

Orders & Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation email at the email address used during checkout. Please check your inbox, spam, or promotions folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

Because personalized items are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible at cs@wandercustom.com if you need to make changes. We will do our best to help before your order enters production.

You may request a cancellation shortly after placing your order. If your personalized item has already entered production, we may not be able to cancel it. Please email us with your order number as soon as possible.

Please contact us immediately at cs@wandercustom.com with your order number and the correct information. If the order has not shipped yet, we will try to update it.

Personalization

Custom Details & Product Preview

Choose a product, enter your custom details such as names, dates, photos, pets, or other available options, then add it to your cart. Please review all personalization details carefully before checkout.

If a product page includes a preview feature, you can review your design before adding it to cart. Some products may not show a full live preview, so please make sure the personalization fields are entered correctly.

In many cases, yes. However, some fonts or design templates may not support all special characters. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.

For best results, please upload a clear, high-resolution image with good lighting. Avoid blurry, dark, cropped, or low-resolution photos, as they may affect the final print quality.

We work hard to make every personalized item as close to the preview as possible. Slight differences in color, placement, or print result may occur due to screen settings, product material, and production process.

Shipping & Delivery

Production Time, Tracking & Delivery

Each WanderCustom item is made to order. Production time may vary depending on the product type, customization details, and order volume. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping time depends on the destination and shipping method available for your order. Delivery may take longer during holidays, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also visit our Track Order page if available on the website.

Tracking information may take a few days to update after the carrier receives the package. If there has been no update for an extended period, please contact us for assistance.

Shipping availability may depend on the product and destination. Please check the shipping options at checkout or contact our support team if you need help.

Returns & Issues

Refunds, Replacements & Damaged Items

Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, we generally cannot accept returns for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, entering incorrect personalization, or changing your mind after production has started.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at cs@wandercustom.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and help with a suitable solution.

Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label if relevant.

If the issue is caused by a production error, damage during delivery, or an incorrect item, we may offer a replacement or refund after reviewing the case.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Please choose your preferred method and make sure your billing details are entered correctly.

We use secure checkout methods to help protect your payment information. WanderCustom does not store your full payment card details.

You may be able to check out as a guest depending on the checkout settings. Creating an account can help you manage your orders more easily.
